Our Journey

Hi World 🙂

Yay! I finally did it , my first blog post….hehehe..i am super excited to share my passion for food with you all. Most of you are probably wondering why this post is titled “Our Journey” well that is because you are invited to join me on my food journey as I would like to call it. Allow me into your kitchen and let us explore food together.

My passion for food started at a very early age, mostly because I liked to eat it and a lot of it might I add. I have always been known as a foodie. As I grew older I developed a love for cooking even though initially it was a painful chore lol but today I thank my mum for making me do it because without her I would have never explored my love for food.

When I cook I love to experiment I never do something simple I am always figuring out what I can do make it better or make those flavours pop, I am always tweaking and trying to come up with new things all the time.Simple for me is boring.For example, I cannot have a simple grilled cheese I have this insatiable need to add something or somethings to make it taste better or just different.Same goes for everything i cook.

I have been asked why I love to cook and my answer is quite simple . I love the look on peoples faces when they eat my food, i love the smiles on their faces and the look of satisfaction after having something outta my kitchen. In a nutshell i love to make people happy and if I can do it through cooking I gladly will. I am not some fancy chef ( well not YET anyway ) but if you are sitting at my table please believe I will try my best to make your experience an unforgettable one.In the event that I don’t please believe i will not stop until you become a believer 🙂 And that is not me bragging it is me telling you I aim to please your palate 🙂

So there you have it.That is me in a nutshell.Welcome to my kitchen which is my world and lets explore , one dish at a time 🙂
